The sensation of pain is essentially a cascade of chemicals, released to capture your attention. In its basic wisdom, pain is the body's way of communicating to you. It's saying, "change the way you are moving or behaving." Pain is your body's way of protecting you.
With the exception of direct trauma, most pain is brewing well before you feel it. It takes up to 20 years for a symptom to develop - meaning the first step toward pain is a breakdown that you have no idea about. Often it starts with either a bad habit, an unknown toxicity, or a missing nutrient. Continued long enough, you are headed for eventual pain. In our experience, postural and nutritional imbalances lead the list of habits that diminish your body's performance, and lead to pain.

"Great results. I came to Dr. Beth in an incredible amount of pain and after just a few visits I was 90% better. The results are significant. I feel so relieved. Dr. Beth and her staff went out of their way to make me comfortable. Dr. Beth has a great deal of knowledge and she shares it in a friendly way. When she does the work, she is gentle, yet effective."
